I know, right?
But seriously: this data is really nowhere near the quality we would need
for OSM. It is built for a certain admin process, and at best, it does that
properly. But for the government, it might for example not be a problem
that a business has closed years ago. They only close it when all the
paperwork is done.

Not saying that it wouldn't be useful as a backup, if we were allowed.
