Oi Cleber, Se você estiver somente colocando visualizações lado a lado, como no exemplo que o Rodrigo deu, não há problema.
O que não pode é importar pro OSM os pontos que você fez geocoding a partir dos dados do Google, porque pode ser uma infração de licença.
