Is there any established tagging standard for ways with Olympic Lanes yet? I imagine something similar to bicycle= tags would work in this case, like "olympic=lane" or "olympic=designated" as the case would be (with the implied default for all other access being access=destination, as I imagine nobody in their right mind is going to want to be on the Olympic network this winter unless you absolutely have to be).
