Paul Jean-Guilhem Cailton et moi avons adressé une requête à Airbus pour qu'ils accordent une licence d'utilisation des données. Nous avons obtenu de telles autorisations déja pour motifs humanitaires.
Je suggère d'attendre une réponse de leur part avant de modifier les données. Yes - that license is clearly incompatible with using with OSM as it explicitly prohibits what we do.
