I'm not sure exactly what you mean. Paths that not cleared are tagged
seasonal=no or tags that are cleared get the tag seasonal=no?
The default on winter_service is yes so only the ones that are not
cleared need to be tagged with winter_service=no
Could you point me to a reference in map features that uses the seasonal
tag?
Thanks John

FYI, the Ottawa cycling community is using "seasonal=no" on pathways
to indicate winter maintenance.

Yes but for the path I'm thinking of that crosses a park
specifically I'm interested in tagging it just for cycling not a
more generic case.
Do you have another suggestion than winter_service=yes|no I think
the default is yes so just tagging the ones that aren't cleared
would be sufficient.
Thanks

Il y a plusierus facettes à considérer ici, soit accès hivernal,
ice_road=yes
surface=ice

Locally some paths across parks etc are snow cleared some
aren't. The ones that are are useful for cycling in the
winter.
Any suggestions on tags?
Thanks John
