I note that https://github.com/BikeOttawa/OSM-Bike-Ottawa-Tagging-Guide/blob/master/README.md under ploughing this recommends paths that are ploughed are tagged winter_service=no which is the opposite way round to map features in the link. No mention is made of seasonal=no.
I suggest it needs review perhaps?
