Yep à priori c'est ça. Il vient d'où ton fichier ? Pour info j'ai déjà un ticket là dessus pour offrir la possibilité à l'utilisateur de choisir une projection lorsque le .prj est manquant: http://josm.openstreetmap.de/ticket/8309
