Is anyone else having problems with getting an NPE layer on JOSM?
I get 'Exception' if I use
http://dev.openstreetmap.org/~timsc/wms2/map.php?
and plain grey if I use
http://nick.dev.openstreetmap.org/openpaths/freemap.php?layers=npe&;
Landsat, Yahoo and others are working OK for me.
