A nice friendly person in the GIS business has just pointed this site out to me. They described it as a 'free' national grid vector layers and it certainly looks as though one can download shape files for gas pipes, electricity lines and the like. I am not sure what they mean by 'free' though and can't find a license page. Anyone fancy looking into whether we can use it or not?
