I'm sorry if I quoted from the contributor terms out of context, it was not my intention. You are right that detailed discussion of this stuff belongs on legal-talk. But, to be clear, are you saying that there is nothing in the current contributor terms that precludes large-scale copying from the Ordnance Survey OpenData maps and data sets?
