Hi everyone At our previous pub meeting for mappa-mercia on October 4 we had a great discussion about how we'd like SOTM2013 to come to Birmingham - so we got a group of volunteers (well everyone at the meeting) and have come up with an outline case for Birmingham Bid - see http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Birmingham_Bid_Page or link to it from the main UK SOTM2013 discussion page
There's been some response already to our prior discussion on talk-gb west midlands and some other mappers outside the West Midlands have offered support(encouragement?) Comments, criticisms and support welcome Regards Brian
