Another point is that of using the existing ways to build a new
boundary. The first two schools I hit both had a different probable
boundary created already due to other landuse boundaries. But I would
only add schools that I have some knowledge of. Armchair mapping without
some local knowledge is not really practical.

But I'll not be helping anyway as I can't stand iD ;)
