I have made some paper maps of County Offaly with overlays using simple Overpass queries and Maperitive. I come unstuck in that I cannot get all highways or all boundaries. Hoping there is a query line that will take all of a category, something like highway=*, have read the wiki to no avail. Have a preference to include towns as well with names please.
