I doubt there is a centralised resource for the whole country (which I assume you were thinking about). In theory, Irish Water would have a dataset that would include these but I won't hold my breath (a recent conversation with personnel in Dublin City council resulted in the discovery that their public bike stands dataset was a result of a one-off audit and wasn't maintained despite a lot of changes in the intervening period).
I checked on data.gov.ie which would be the most obvious place to find this info - nothing there. Hopefully someone has better news.
