Looking around last night, something similar seems to have been done at the Belgard quarry on the south side of Dublin and looking at the relevant relation history it seems to be the same few names who are involved in freelance boundary redrawing in both locations. I'm sure there may be other places where this has gone on but that was the one that I noticed.
