si, lo puoi fare. Per me railway=station implicava landuse=railway, ma non
vedo problemi nel metterli entrambi, anzi, il wiki sembra di consigliarlo
(verso la fine: "railway stations"):
"Use landuse <https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Key:landuse>=*railway* to
delineate areas of land owned or operated by railway companies (commonly
known as the *railway corridor*). Railway land usually contains railway
track, which generally consists of one or more
main<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Main_line_%28railway%29>or branch
lines <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Branch_line>, and may also include more
complex track configurations such as marshalling
yards<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rail_yard>for freight and/or
passenger rolling
stock <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rolling_stock>, locomotive
depots<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Motive_power_depot>,
railway stations <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Train_station> and
sidings<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Siding_%28rail%29>owned by the
railway company."
