purtroppo sono delle condizioni non compatibili con i CT di OSM:
_____

Mapillary allows the creation of derived metadata from our photos for the
purpose of contributing content to
OpenStreetMap<http://www.openstreetmap.org/>under the following
conditions:

   - Derived metadata must be published for the community and licensed
under the Open Data Commons Open Database
License<http://opendatacommons.org/licenses/odbl/>(ODbL).
   - Derived data cannot include any portion of an image or the image
   itself.

Examples of allowed metadata are street numbers, road signs, street names,
building descriptions, road conditions etc.

Mapillary appreciates attribution for derived metadata, for example using
the tag "source=Mapillary" or by linking to mapillary.com.

la parte "Derived metadata must be published for the community and licensed
under the Open Data Commons Open Database
License<http://opendatacommons.org/licenses/odbl/>(ODbL)." in sostanza
impedisce l'uso per OSM, perché dovrebbe essere "ODbL
or any other free and open license that the project OSM chooses."

Poi trovo difficile da capire la distinzione che fanno tra data e metadata,
in ogni caso hanno un'idea strana cosa sono i metadati di una foto
(streetnumbers, road signs etc.).

ciao,

Martin
