The section "Address format" is not specific for Venice, which often uses a progressive numbering within sestrieri. The City of Venice provides the following guide: https://www.comune.venezia.it/it/content/toponomastica-0
I expanded this section adding the upper link to the guide (although the guide is not 100% correct . i.e. there is no sestiere "San Vito" and the addressing system on Burano follows rather the same scheme as for example Cannaregio, that is Nome sestiere /n° civico /toponimo (indirizzo secondario)
The links for "Data license" and "toponimi numeri civici" are not accessible (they are probably run time generated).

In changeset tags, source:license=ODBL 2.0 is not correct. It should be IODL 2.0. URL is also not correct. It should be https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Import/Catalogue/Venice_addresses_import

Please add a link to OSM conflator in the transformation section.
As I don't intend to use the OSM conflator I have not expanded this section. Instead I added the info in the Team Approach & Schedule sections, that the changesets will be manually conflated
Do you plan to involve mappers in Venice? How?
Yes, I do. I have send some private messages to mappers in the vicinity encouraging them to join the project.
I'm worried about the maintenance of these data after the import. Moreover, aren't just two (non-local) mappers too few to perform such an import?
That's true - two mappers are indeed a modest force, but somebody has to do the first step and start the work. Otherwise the project will be suspended forever and nothing happens. My experience is that once the addresses are there, people (even casual mappers) start to notice, use and care for them, but if there are none very few (if any) mappers develop an interest in addresses. So this is something a self-propelled phenomena.
Globally thinking about more addresses in Italy I can only say, that within the Polish community where I come from, remote imports are commonly accepted while updating are either requested directly through forum or via notes. This system works pretty well, resulting in wide-spread house numbers coverage, maybe it could also be useful for Italy ?
What if you need to check data on the ground?
I already pre-checked several places taking samples of on-the-ground addresses incl. Mestre, Burano, Murano, Cannaregio and Lido in order to asses the data quality. If further need arises for on-the-ground checking I'll contact local mappers, or even an acquaintance of mine (currently a non OSM user), who is a Venice resident and ask him for help.
In Post-import QA section, "(map already centered on Milan)" is clearly not right. This section seems to generic and not specific for Venice.
I corrected this section as well.

There are now only ca. 90 addresses present for Burano & Mazzorbo (also a part of Burano in the dataset) - I don’t plan to override/change them, unless they are wrong, i.e. have no addr:place or have addr:street (which is wrong for Burano because the addresses there are not connected to streets but to neighbourhoods (sestiere) so they should follow the addr:place scheme) or are tagged to buildings/areas which is not right according to the convention in Italy.Post import quality check will be done using Nominatim QA , particularly with the Suspicious addr:street tag layer and/or OSM Inspector.
