They still don't work. I think you have to find another way to link these resources.
The site must have run-time generated the link once again – this time I downloaded the file & linked it externally.
Now it is really not clear how you will perform conflation. If you don't expand this section, how can other mappers join this effort?
I didn’t want to modify Cascafico’s page
too much, but in fact, maybe you’re right, it could be a little confusing. So I
expanded now the site into 2 sections, leaving the original description for Cascafico’s
conflation method and then describing my own under Conflation
(for manual procedure). For further clarification in the Team Approach
section I linked the changeset description again to my conflation section.
I don't know if you know this tool: https://mappers.osm.lol/. It could be useful to find local mappers.
