清野です。 難しい条件ですね。 でもとりあえずmageさんのご提案方法でいいと思います。 もしくはTwitterで特定のハッシュタグを付けてもらってつぶやいてもらって、 それを拾ってもらって逐次ログインさせてもらうとか…。 IRCだとハードルが高い可能性があるので…。 とりあえずスピードが重要だと思いますので、 どんどん判断して進めて下さい!!
