I think this an issue but lets look at how the rest of OSM does it and go from there, I see both sides of the coin and while its a wiki and anyone can add and remove stuff, it should also have set guidelines, there's a reason wikipedia doesn't list every link to every website related to a topic etc. So how do other countries in OSM tackle this issue?
