It may not be this year, but a collection of ideas can be a good starting point in making this event a reality. Please add your ideas. If you are not too comfortable with wiki editing, just your thoughts in this thread. BIG NOTE: The concept of Brainstorming means that everyone can add their ideas, however stupid, and the others are asked not to say immediately that they find the idea stupid. That phase (weeding out the stupid stuff) comes after the brainstorming.
