Just an idea, why not do our own fundraising to send 2-3 Pinoy OSMers to Birmingham? I was able to attend SOTM in Denver and would like other people to experience it as well. Raising funds for this may be difficult to pull off, but, will never know unless we try? :) I'll ask around for possibilities.
