I agree with Tomas here, it's simplest solution and BTW I don't know how many of you knows about other OSM tools that can be used, for this for example this http://toolserver.org/~osm/locale/sr.html this one is on Serbian but you can find it on many other languages http://toolserver.org/~osm/locale/
