Hi,

I've been mapping bus routes in my area recently. Some of them cover small
settlements and, for routes to make sense from the financial side, are
relegated to on-demand routes and stops.

When the entire route is on-demand, the tagging is simple and
well-documented. For the case of request stops on regular (i.e., not
on-demand) routes, these stops can be on the route or not, and thus need a
detour. How should the request stops and detours be mapped? Note that a
single route can have more than one request stop with their respective
detours.

My second question concerns both on-demand routes and regular routes with
on-demand stops. I'm unaware of how it works in other countries, but in
Spain, the stop request procedure in these intercity routes is to make a
phone call or email the bus operator some hours before the expedition. Is
it worth it, or is there any way to include this information (phone number,
email address, x hours in advance) in the route or the on-demand bus stop?

Sorry if the format is off or simply wrong; it's my first message here. See

Many thanks,
@swaree
