Yes, we should have a WMS page, and we should guide new mappers to this page. Tracing aerial imagery is a great way to map, and we should be giving new folks higher resolution imagery than the Yahoo stuff. NAIP has national coverage, but it's leaf-on and not as high resolution as local datasets. I propose we add it here http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Aerial_imagery For now, just throw up your information.
