Well this may not be ideal but there were already some conflicts creeping in so I decided to pull "local rank" and revert since by tomorrow night there would probably be a lot more conflicts.
Sorry for undoing what I'm sure was a good chunk of work but unilaterally retagging other peoples work on a state-wide bases from a thousand miles away and without prior discussion is not acceptable.
