In this case, outliers are cause to investigate. If there is an outlier,
then a quick check of the address against the Post Office's database will
determine if the import has errors. If the outlier is legitimate then no
problem. I don't expect to find many. The data looked go before importing.
But more importantly, I want to make sure it was imported correctly.
