( http://resultmaps.neis-one.org/oooc?zoom=7&lat=47.8062&lon=-113.57002&layers=B00FTFFFFT) I don't see anyone active in the exact county you mention, but there are a few fairly regular OSM users in Montana/Idaho who you might contact.
