I've just uploaded my MTB trip through Groenkloof to OSM. http://www.openstreetmap.org/user/slashme/traces/611436
Some of the MTB track coincided with a section marked as "cycleway". As per http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/MTB , I marked the track as highway=path , bicycle=designated. Some of the track was right along the fence, and in fact lies outside the fence on the map.
