Yeah, definitely. In the very short time I've had to deal with American
blind schools, I.E. a few weeks total of my life, I'd have to
say that public schools are loads better, despite the inherent flaws
that come with the system.
. You do at least have a shot at an education of some sort. The blind schools 
tend to teach so far under
the age thingy it's not funny. I knew a guy who graduated first... and
last... in his class. Yes, the only graduate of the year. That's saying
something?
