Yes. Open up "voice options" in Text Aloud, and be certain that the dialog is set to list both SAPI4 and SAPI5 voices. Next, tab to the voice engines treeview and select ETI Eloquence and expand the item. Underneath you will find all of the Eloquence voices you have installed. Clicking "Set as Default," "OK," and finally answering "Yes" to the resulting question should do the trick.
