Let me know if you ever manage to get anywhere with the columns. You can
change their position all day long in the view settings, but Thunderbird
always passes the same damned info to the screen reader regardless.

job, but there is no dialogue/voice to switch to for "X-Western", so
it wouldn't switch to it. I've made that go away; I don't need

text and trying to get the columns in the order I like. Other basic
things are working fine, mail filters are friendly, all that sort of
thing.
By the way, I'm using Thunderbird 2.0.0.16, latest as far as I know.
