Is this Meditech? If so what I do for Meditech Magic is I set up a spool group to be used only for the files I will FTP. After the file is spooled my script goes into the Manage Print List routine and gets the spool number of the first entry then goes out to the FTP routine and sends the file. Once the file has been sent successfully go back to the Manage Print List routine and remove it and then check if there are any more files to send.
