The only issue I have encountered with the new upgrade is that if you
are using a script to actually key a colon ":" then the script will
fail. This is because for some reason Boston put logic in that the
colon was the end of line character (on the VB side) so that you could
see the line break in the new boxes on the front of the developer's
screen. It was easy to fix... but just something to watch for.

Also, the new runtime licenses are somewhat irritating. On the PCs that
run the scripts, the screen jumps every few seconds which makes it
difficult on the eyes when running.

I upgraded to version 9 a few weeks ago and really like some of the new
features. I'm not doing anything too advanced with BWS but v9 makes it
easier to edit rules. It definitely fixed some of the "quirks" I
experienced with version 8. However, I have found a couple of minor
bugs that are really not a big deal. I have passed those on to Boston.

I currently have version 8 developer and runtime. I am planning to move
to version 9, are there any upgrade issues I have to worry about?
We have both rules based a procedural scripts.

Thanks,
