Jared, I thought it was across the board all or nothing. Can you do that for just one account? What version of Meditech are you on? We are a MEDITECH Magic site and we just removed the expiration date from our scripting account. We are never prompted to change the password. You just put it as a scheduled script to run every 90 days? Is the only way to run a scheduled script to keep it open? It's hardcoded into the script. Every month, on the 1st, the script logs into Meditech, goes to the password change routine, enters in a new bogus password (hardcoded into the script), files it, logs out of Meditech, waits 10 seconds, logs back into Meditech and changes it back to what it was and logs back out. Very simple rules script that takes about 3 minutes to run once a month. We only do this for our scripting account. I am curiuos how you are doing it? Do you have a file that holds the current password somewhere and changes it when the password expires? Thanks for your help! I've been told you can use 2 passwords and just switch back and forth? I'm just not sure how you would hold the current password? Any help would surely be appreciated!
