On my servers I use restic[0] to backup data to Backblaze B2 [1] these days. It is a CLI only utility but once you have a simple script set up in cron it is basically maintenance free. restic can also backup data to other storage providers like Amazon S3 or a SFTP endpoint. If you are looking for a offsite SFTP storage provider I have used rsync.net [2] in the past and they are solid.
