Hi Charlie,

Sometimes, it can be a lot of work to set up Window-Eyes to work with
Outlook.
You are okay to use Outlook 2007 or newer.
Are you using Window-Eyes retail paid version or Window-Eyes for Office?
With the paid version, you get free tech support, and the tech support team
can help you set it up.
With the free Window-Eyes for Office, you can pay for tech support, if you
need it.
If you're willing to work a bit, though, and if you can't afford tech
support, it can be set up with the help of people like us on the list.
Let us know your particular situation , as well as which version of Office
and Windows you're using.

Best regards,

Rod.

office 2013?
Thx,
Charlie

Hi can you please pass along the model information on this wired headset
that you have that costs 60.00 and sound good.
I have the 995 plantronics and find that the battery in it doesn't last very
long.
So I would like to get A wired one that sounds good and has A good mic as
well.
Can you go to your nearest store like best buy and still get one of thees
headsets?
