Good morning Charlie,
Yes, I did do the quick install. I installed it using office 2010. Now I
have no speech at all. I hear the window eyes startup sound, but no
speech. I even tried to do a repair through the programs and features, but
only succeeded in uninstalling the program. Since its still in my
downloads folder, perhaps I'll try reinstalling it again and see what
happens. Thanks for trying to help me with
this problem.
