I have a question, The dell keyboard came with a keyboard without a num
lock, instead it has a key called "clear". If I remap this key for num
lock.With num lock off will the other number keys have the same functions as
a keyboard with a num lock, or would you have to remap all the keys?

did
a quick google and found it at:

I used it because I bought a laptop which advertised it had a full
keyboard,
but it did not have an applications key, so I remapped some key on its
keyboard which I wasn't using to be the applications key (for context
menus). It was easy to use.
Yes, I could have used shift-F10, but this keyboard has all 12 function
keys
pushed together with many keys at each end, and it's time consuming to
count
over to find F10.
In other cases, you might not have an alternative to the key you need, and
Key Tweak lets you pick a key and assign a key code to it.
