I'll be curious if anyone knows of something different here. In a business context, it usually means a set of graphs or metrics that are regularly updated to show company, department team or individual progress at a glance. Our company uses several of these; I typically find them difficult to read because they are often visual graphs, but I haven't really studied them as they are not pertinent to my job. Scorecard is another term we use for a similar concept.
