Hi Grant,
If you don't think that your results were recorded, we would encourage you to
try to complete the survey again. Here are a few tips that might help. After
you activate the Submit button, a new web page will be loaded. On this page
there is a button that you need to activate to confirm that you want to submit
your survey. So, in essence there are two submit buttons in the process. After
activating the second button, a new page will load with a confirmation message
and the title of this page will indicate that you completed the process. Just
hit Control-Shift-T to reread the title bar.
Thanks,
Marc

UGH!
I took it and when I got to the bottom everything locked up and I had to
reboot. Do not know if my favorable answers regarding WindowEyes was
registered or subverted by a competitor. smile

I filled out the survey and hit the submit survey button. I got
another page asking about reviewing the responses and it said to hit
the submit survey button again. I hit Enter and Spacebar on that
button about a dozen times, but that message never went away. They
should have asked, "How does it make you feel when you spend your
time filling out a form like our survey, only to have the submit not
work?" It makes me feel like I've wasted my time and effort.
