Yes, I think Andy knew that, but I believe his point is that often, tech
support needs to be much more than an ocasional answer; but a long involved
trouble shooting process.

If you're employed, or you use your pc for electronic banking, bill paying
or anything else critical, and your screen reader just stops working, you
really need tech support (not just an ocasional answer).
