Hey, Curtis.

Locate the WE icon on the desktop.
Press the application key or Shift F10 to open the context menu.
Arrow down to the run as administrator option and press Enter.

The user account control dialog will open; choose Yes to allow.
After WE launches, open the WE control panel with control backslash.
In the settings tree view, press the letter P until you land on profiles.
Right arrow and down arrow to set active profile.
In the available profiles list view, choose all users.
Tab to the activate button or press Alt-C.

Now you're using the administrator account and can make your synthesizer
change, along with anything else you need to.

hth,
Lou N.

Subject: log in to windows, voice synthesizer.

I wish to change that login window voice to a different
synthesizer. Would someone tell me how to do that?
I only have the "default" profile, so why the change to another voice
during log in?
I know somewhere in the past someone asked this question, but lost the
messages I had kept when my old computer crashed.
THANKS!
