HI Folks, I got my windows 7 computers updated this morning early around 5:30 am central time and had no problems upgrading my licensed copies, except for one desktop, which lost speech and I turned on NVDA and just re-started the computer and starting upgrading again and things went just fine that time.
That is a good thing to have the free NVDA as a backup screen reader. I did yesterday upgrade with no issues my free window-eyes copies on my different windows 7, 8, and 10 computers. MicroSoft has of course much bigger and better servers to be able to grab the window-eyes 9.31 upgrade. Just give it time, like Linda states in her email.
