Smile I've noticed that updating the set files for Outlook 2013 prevents the repetition a bit, although it doesn't stop it completely. Open the Factory settings option from the File menu in the Window-Eyes control panel, arrow to Outlook 2013, tab to the Install button, press Enter, and then choose 'Yes" when asked to replace.
