Run the below file from the run dialog. %appdata%\gw micro\window-eyes\users\default\OutlookEnhanceAddin.vsto This time allow the install. One says virtual is turned off when I open outlook and your message but it says it is being turned on and to restart outlook. Did that but that message came up again. Also, some message about installing a office customization package, or something, installer came up with a potential warning so I didn't install it - anything here you know of? Logging on does use my Eloquence and is much quicker it seems but it looks like I have to adjust all my settings since the new profile is not used for logging on but also for normal execution after having logged in, at least I think this is the case. Any pointer or tips with the new profile? Here's the kb article which shows you how to do this: http://www.gwmicro.com/Support/Knowledge_Base/?kbnumber=GWKB2012 Happy holidays, Rod -----Original Message----- From: Talk [mailto:talk-bounces+rod_hutton=hotmail....@lists.window-eyes.com] On Behalf Of Rick Thomas via Talk Sent: December 23, 2015 4:58 AM To: 'Window-Eyes Discussion List' <talk@lists.window-eyes.com> Subject: Windows10 Logon Dialog Painfully Slow Running a Dell Optiplex I7 Windows Pro and WE 9.3.1: The system boots up fast, a few seconds, but the logon window starts reading what sounds like the WindowEyes Control Panel dialog, or something akin to that, and then I have no control for several seconds more. When tabbing finally starts to work typing, microsoft voice I think, response to tabbing or typing takes several seconds between pressing a key and a vocal response. Is there some way to improve the responsiveness of this logon dialog? It was slow in Windows 8.1 with WE 8.x but is worse in Windows10 with WE 9.3.1.
