Jed. Ok. Use the arrow keys to find the beginning of the text you want to select. Press the right arrow key until you come to the end of the text you want to select. Now press the f8 key. You will be presented with three choices. The first choice is copy plain text, and the other choices are copy text with formatting, and the third choice is to reset selected text or something like that. Once you pick the plain text button, and if that is the selection you want, press the enter key. Then you'll have to find the document in which you want to paste the selected text. Press the ctrl-v key combo. I hope I didn't leave anything out, smile. If I did, feel free to jump in here, smile.
