did you also update the factory set files? sometimes this helps.

Subject: Internet Explorer 11 and Brows Mode Computer Freezing Issue
While I don't get this issue as much in Chrome, I prefer IE because Window-Eyes
lets me have more control of the mouse and reads more descriptions of buttons.
After turning everything off in Verbosity>Brows Mode, the issue isn't as bad,
but is still annoying. I even updated to WE9.4.
