It is funny, my full size Microsoft keyboard doesn't have a right windows key, but my generic full size Bluetooth keyboard does.

That's what I have on this full-size 6-year-old Toshiba laptop which includes a numeric pad and nearly full-size keys. The keys which would be the six-pack are in a row next to F12, and some features like Scroll-lock are done with another key combined with the FN key. But I have gotten used to it.
